The newly designed and engineered fan and housing of the NuWave Convection Oven can produce 100% faster fan speed for quicker cooking and irresistibly crispier and golden-brown results. Users can customize their pizza oven by adjusting the ratio of top and bottom heaters from 0 to 100% and the convection fan speed for different types of heating zones. To bake a perfect thick pizza, users can set the bottom heaters at 70% power and the top heaters at 30% for a crispy crunch crust and perfectly melted cheesy toppings.

The Bravo convection oven is programmed with 12 cooking functions, including air fry, toast, grill, bake, roast, slow cook, dehydrate, and defrost. It also features 100 one-touch recipe presets for easy cooking without the guesswork. With the upgraded convection system, the temperature difference between each layer is only 0-1°F, making multi-layer cooking more even and efficient than ever before, saving users a lot of time and energy.

The Bravo air fryer oven features a cooking temperature range from 50°F to 500°F in precise 5°F increments, as well as selectable fan speeds from 0 to 3. This allows users to customize their cooking experience and achieve the desired results.
